Rahan is an executive and entrepreneur who has worked with and led high-growth companies as founder, Chairman, board member, advisor and investor. He has a deep understanding of the luxury, living, hospitality and interior design markets, and is expert in establishing new ventures, building and leading teams, and delivering performance and growth. Rahan’s professional career has been in management consulting, banking and private equity. He is a chartered accountant (ICAEW), has a degree in economics from UCL and an MBA from INSEAD

Peter is a highly experienced real estate operator with over 30 years’ experience across investment, asset management, capital markets, and portfolio operations. He spent 26 years at Dorrington PLC as an Investment Director and senior leader within its investment and trading businesses, where he played a central role in shaping strategy, executing transactions, and driving operational performance across large-scale residential portfolios

Peter has deep expertise in investing in, managing and operating yield producing assets, having led dedicated investment and asset management teams, and has had day-to-day responsibility for Dorrington's portfolio of over 3,000 apartment units. Peter is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (ARICS) and brings a disciplined approach to operational leadership and to delivering measurable performance outcomes
